Bricks & blocks	Whole & neatly stacked
Cabinets	Structurally sound
Carpet & carpet squares	No stains, odors or damage
Countertops	New or nearly new
Doors	Solid or pre-hung, & storms
Electrical	Fixtures, parts & supplies
Flooring	New vinyl, ceramic or wood
Furniture	Good condition hard and upholstered furniture. No stains or pet hair
Hardware	Knobs, hinges, cabinet pulls, locks, nails, screws, nuts & bolts - sorted
Lumber - dimensional	No nails. 4 ft. or longer
Lumber-sheets	No nails. 4' x 4' minimum
	¼” or thicker
Plumbing fixtures	New & nearly new parts fixtures, piping & supplies Clean & drained.
Shutters	Indoor or outdoor
Tile	Wall or floor. Boxed & clean
Toilets	Low flow only
Vanities	Undamaged
Wallpaper	Full rolls only.
Windows	Very new or very old. No single pane. Complete units only.
